Terms and conditions

Consultation fees, deposits, cancellations, and how to raise a complaint.

Last updated 2 October 2026

1. Cosmetic consultation fee

The cosmetic consultation costs £75, and a £75 deposit is required at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable and is separate from the cost of any treatment.

2. Free virtual consultations

Virtual consultations are free and are for general guidance only. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis and do not replace an in-person examination. Any cost estimate given at this stage is provisional and may change following clinical assessment.

3. Cancellation and failure to attend — consultations

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange a consultation. Where less notice is given, or the appointment is not attended, the consultation fee is lost and full prepayment will be required before the appointment can be rebooked.

4. Treatment appointment deposits

A deposit of 10% of the total treatment cost is required to secure treatment appointments. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation terms below are breached.

5. Cancellation of treatment appointments

Treatment appointments require 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange. Where less notice is given, a charge of £50 per 15 minutes of clinical time reserved but not used will apply.

6. The nature of cosmetic dental treatment

Cosmetic treatment is not an exact science and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Digital previews, simulations, photographs and mock-ups are illustrative guides only, and the final result may differ from them.

7. Suitability and clinical judgement

Treatment may be declined where oral health needs to be stabilised first, where expectations are unrealistic, or where the proposed treatment would compromise your dental health.

8. Treatment plans and fees

You will be given a written treatment plan setting out the procedures involved, their risks and limitations, and the fees. If further treatment is found to be necessary, it will be charged separately and discussed with you first.

9. Finance

0% finance options may be available through third-party providers. Applications are assessed by the provider, and the practice is not responsible for their decisions.

10. Patient responsibilities

You are asked to give an accurate medical and dental history, to follow post-operative instructions, and to attend review appointments. Not doing so may affect any longevity guarantee on your treatment.

11. Maintenance and longevity

Cosmetic work requires ongoing maintenance. Staining, wear, chipping, or the need for replacement over time is normal and is not in itself a fault in the treatment.

12. Complaints procedure and regulatory information

If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please tell us. Written complaints are acknowledged and investigated.
